Project Nurse

- Primary responsible in providing first aid care or on-site emergency care to employees, providing medications, health assessment, and referral.
- Monitors employee’s health and maintain records to ensure continuity of care, employee confidentiality and feedback to management, in compliance with government regulation and company policy.
- Provides individual counseling sessions to employees on health maintenance, results of health Annual Physical Examination and health promotion activities.
- Maintains medical supplies and equipment necessary for the optimal functioning and inventory.
- Assists in Tool Box Meeting, planning, developing, implementing, managing and evaluating occupational health and health promotions programs for employees with the Safety Engineer and or QESH Team.
- Contributes to the design of health program and participate in continuing education with the QESH Team to update knowledge of employees with regards to health matters.
- Performs other related duties as required.

- Salary: Php21,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
