Concierge Associate "PASAY"
Summary Responsibilities : Assists the whole front office team in managing the daily concierge operations, including, and not limited to adherence of the hotel policies and procedures particularly for the bell services and transportations; addressing guest complains; and timely submission of the reports to the FOM. other main responsibility is to drive and maintain the hotel vehicle and assist guest's transportation request.
Qualification
Must be college level
With at least 6 months related exp
With valid license
Willing to be assign in pasay
