Job Description
Receives endorsement from outgoing nursing assistant
Gives necessary care to all patients in his unit
Monitors and records patient's vital signs and status
Refers to VS nurse about the patient's condition as necessary
Inform the VS nurse in any complaints from the patient
Qualification:
NC II Caregiving Certificate
Experience in Clinical Setting (Preferred)
Willing to be assigned at Cavite
