Job Description
• 5+ years’ experience in general or tax accounting
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• With exposure in a computerized accounting system, preferably SAP
• Must have knowledge in BIR and BOI rulings and regulations, deadlines and requirements
• Knowledgeable in BIR returns preparation and filing, assessment, refund application and research
• Familiar with Local Government Unit compliance and reporting requirements
• Communicates effectively and appropriately
• Detail oriented with excellent organization skills and deadline driven
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work under less supervision
