Inbound Sales or Sales Associate or Sales Representative

Responsibilities
● Answering incoming calls and messages from customers who are interested in buying or learning
more about the company’s products or services
● Asking questions to understand the customer’s needs, preferences, and budget
● Presenting the features and benefits of the products or services that match the customer’s
needs
● Overcoming objections and handling complaints
● Closing sales and processing orders
● Providing after-sales support and follow-up
● Updating customer records and sales data
● Meeting sales goals and targets
● Collaborating with other sales team members and departments
● Researching prospects, reaching out via phone, email, or social media, and setting up meetings
Qualifications
● High school diploma or equivalent
● At least 1 year experience in sales or customer service
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Persuasive and confident
● Proficient in using computer and phone systems
● Ability to work under pressure and multitask
● Knows MS Excel and MS Word
● Must be willing to work in M-F, 8am to 5pm in Connecticut St. (adjacent to EDSA), San Juan
Work Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday Onsite Full-time
