SALES EXECUTIVE/ACCOUNT MANAGER

JOB QUALIFICATION:
Applicants with experience in Corporate Sales
Background in furniture sales and design is an advantage

Job Role Summary
This role requires the applicant to get and maintain new corporate clients for the
company.
Excellent communication skills is essential.
A degree in interior design or
architecture is an advantage, but not required.
The role requires a strong can do attitude and willingness to learn and go beyond comfort zones as you will be
required to work on a diverse range of projects and tasks from sales
quotations/documents, weekly email communications and shop drawings, to
supplier coordination and negotiations, through to production quality and site
inspection/coordination meetings.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks
* Assist in daily coordination tasks with production, suppliers and billing as well
as running daily errands.
* Responsible for daily follow ups and status reports on all concerned
departments for accounts assigned.
* Aim to establish good rapport with both team members, production team,
suppliers and clients
* Assist in selection and preparation of materials and swatches for client approval
* Design errands such as material and swatch approvals, sourcing,
product/material research.
* Close monitoring of production status for all items ordered in projects assigned.
* Observe and learn about quality standards and production process in order to
effectively assist in quality control and checking
* Learn quotation/document formats and basic email correspondence in order to
assist in daily/weekly email communications
* Observe and learn sales, negotiating and communication skills integral to
efficient project/account management

Salary: 15k to 20k
Work Location: Mandaluyong
