Job Description

Synopsis of Role
The job function of operations staff is to ensure the smooth functioning of an organization's day-to-day operations. This includes managing production processes, scheduling, inventory, personnel, facilities, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. He/She is responsible for coordinating and managing resources to ensure that the organization runs efficiently and meets its goals and objectives. The operations staff plays a critical role in ensuring the overall success of an organization by ensuring that resources are utilized effectively, and that the organization is operating at optimal levels.

Essential Functions
• Ensures the smooth running of the center and manages all administrative tasks.
• Manages the center filing and record keeping systems.
• Manages center supplies, inventory, packages and deliveries including procurement of materials for all classes,
• Manages center equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
• Manages kits, packages and deliveries.
• Manages center security and access control.
• Handles customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepares and submit regular reports to the Center Head
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
• Handles preparation of all courses (onsite/offsite):
venue/room reservations (prepares CEO, ORF, BEO)materials such as recipes, course kits of attendees, registration forms for the programcertificates of the participants
• Administers and monitors evaluations and feedback forms for all courses and event.
• Provides support to the instructor during the conduct of training/workshop.
• Coordinates closely with the Center Head of Estancia, Sales, Instructors, Sponsors re: details of classes and events.
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred Education and Experience
• Must be a graduate of any Business course.
• With 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Background with events is a plus.
• Willing to work in Estancia Campus and Fort Bonifacio Campus
