Job Description
• Maintains the efficiency, effectiveness, security and user-friendliness of the system.
• Assists user’s inquiries and requests which might require troubleshooting in the system or on user’s workstation.
• Develops system enhancements to adopt the scheduled regular system updates and innovations on company’s processes.
• Create reports as requested by clients, vendors and management for business and data analysis.
• Others duties could include working in other areas of the EDP Team to provide support due to shortage in other trades.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Programming and or any Computer Related with Management Courses
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in System Administration
• Has expertise in the following: NetSuite Suitecript or Javascript, familiar with ERO System – NetSuite is an advantage.
• Has time management, organizational skills, strong and clear communication skills both oral and written, strong business acumen and strong mathematical skills.
