Job Description
- Review and annotate medical documents like patient records and treatment plans.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of annotation requirements.
- Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the Annotation team for accurate document processing.
Qualifications:
- Licensed medical coder
- Bachelor's degree or certificate in a healthcare-related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Analytical nature with healthcare experience a plus.
- Must be willing to report on-site in our Ortigas office.
