Job Description
This position operates on a 24/7 basis, and as such, requires flexibility in terms of working hours, including weekends and holidays. You may be required to work on a rotating shift schedule or provide on-call support outside of normal business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide support and maintenance to our existing C# web applications, including troubleshooting and bug fixes.
-Collaborate with the development team to identify and implement enhancements to existing web applications.
-Work with business users to understand their needs and requirements.
-Provide training and support to end-users on the use of our web applications.
-Create and maintain technical documentation for web applications.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-2+ years of experience in C# web application development and support.
-Solid understanding of C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and related technologies.
-Strong problem-solving skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Customer-focused attitude.
-Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
-Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
-Knowledge of database design and development, including experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
-Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays.
