Job Description
• Delivering information about company's offerings
• Providing proactive customer outreach
• Collecting and analyzing customer's feedback
• Resolving customer's technical or non-technical concerns
• Delivering information about company's offerings
• Handling customer complaints
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Listens and resolves the customer's concerns and queries
• Maintains positive attitude and calmly
• Responds to complaints;
• Resolves issues and troubleshoots technical problems
• Delivers information about a company's offerings;
• Provides pro-active and extra mile service
• Collects and analyzes customer's feedback
• Responds to customer's reviews
• Develops and documents knowledge into helpful content
• Ensures prompt resolution of customer complaints and review feedback to continually improve the entertainment across platform
• Identifies service gaps and establishes programs to address the gaps
• Assist in driving the customer loyalty strategy of the platform and ensuring every agent have a strong education on desired programs
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2 years in College or Bachelor's Degree holder
• At least 1 year experience in Customer Service Relation
• Good communication skills
• With problem solving skills
• Reading comprehension skills
• At least have any BPO Customer Service experience (With at least 6 months experience as a Chat/Call Support)
• Must be WILLING TO WORK ON-SITE, 6 days a week
• Amenable with a Shifting Schedule

- ₱20,000.00 Monthly
