Job Description
Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all the day-to-day operations of the store, leading to the attainment and exceeding of sales targets.
He shall be greatly concerned with the delivery of excellent customer service, thus maintaining the standards of high-quality products and service, for what BO's Coffee shall be associated for.
The Store Manager is the leader of the store outlet and is the representative of the management. Great trust and confidence is entrusted unto him. It is therefore his responsibility to lead the team toward great team effort producing a great work environment among all partners in the outlet.

TASKS:
Supervision of Entire Team
• Manage delegation of duties and responsibilities to subordinates.
Profitable Growth
• Checks and analyzes the Profit and Loss (P & L) reports
• Reviews with the Supervisors the individual P&L line items that need attention.
• Monitors and approves purchase requisitions of the store.
• Conducts monthly financial review and makes recommendations in accordance with targets set by the Area Manager.
Sales Building
• Coordinates with Marketing and other departments in conceptualizing and implementing promotions to meet company goals.
• Ensures sales building plans for the store is implemented and objectives are met.
• Ensures proper implementation of all national advertising and Local Store Marketing plans.
• Ensures all planned sales building activities are being executed.
People Development
• Ensures on time training and development of newly hired Store Personnel.
• Monitors the progress and development of Supervisors and Trainers.
• Coordinates with the HR Department in the recruitment of Store Personnel.
• Recommends to the Area Manager, people movements such as transfers, promotions and termination, based on needs and qualifications.
• Administers performance evaluation of the Supervisors and Store Personnel
• Ensures that Company Policies and Procedures, Rules and Regulations are followed.
Operational Standards
• Ensures passing rate of monthly audits and that Action Plans to rectify are implemented.
• Conducts daily audit to check for cleanliness, food quality and service standards of the store.
• Ensures that standards on Food Quality, Customer Service, Cleanliness and Sanitation are implemented consistently.
• Acts as a liaison officer between departments to follow up on store concerns and issues.
