Job Description
- Graduate of BA or BS Degree in Marketing, Operations Management, Business
Administration or other relevant degree.
- At least 3 years of work experience in Hospitality Industry and Real Estate
(Condominiums)
- With strong communication skills
- Willing to start immediately.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop and propose branding and pricing strategies.
- Ensures that brand message is strong and consistent across all marketing efforts
(events, email campaigns and promotional material)
- Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of the
competitor, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.
- Direct sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
- Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of the
promotional materials.
SALARY RANGE: 25K – 30K

WORK SCHEDULE: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
WORK LOCATION: Angeles City, Pampanga
