O&M Technician

Education: At least a graduate of technical/vocational course on industrial/electrical/mechanical technology or its equivalent
Skills: Demonstrates ability to carry out maintenance work and troubleshoot equipment problems under general supervision
- Computer literate; uses MS Office applications such as Word and Excel;
- Willing to work in Metro Manila; and
- Willing to render overtime work, as the need arises

Job Description:
1) Assist in monitoring the operation of power plants to ensure functionality and stable output;
2) Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot, test, and make rounds taking regular readings on power plant equipment and systems;
3) Identify and communicate power system emergencies;
4) Prepare reports on plant operation and maintenance, including reports on actual generation of power plants;
5) Carry out testing and optimization activities to enhance plant performance; and
6) Perform other related duties that may be assigned by superiors.
