Production Control Associate - Animation System - QC - Fresh Grad

WORK LOCATION: QUEZON CITY | Must be residing in or near the Area | Preferably from Quezon City, Pasig, Marikina, Rizal
SALARY BUDGET: Start with Basic Minimum Salary
- Must be willing to START ASAP
- Must be willing to START INTENSIVE TRAINING for 2-3 months WITH PAY
AGE: 23-30 years old
MARITAL STATUS: Single

- Fresh Graduates or Undergraduates are welcome to apply | Preferably, with tertiary units in Accounting and/or Business Administration
- Preferably proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Word and MS Excel, even with lack of completed courses or orientation
- Knowledgeable in using Google Drive and Google Sheet
- Must possess excellent communication skills, time management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Educational Background in Management, Accountancy, or any related course/s is an advantage
- Inexperienced applicants must be willing to undergo 2 or 3-month training about the entire animation production pipeline
- Experienced applicants must NOT be from a Manufacturing Company or Action Live Shows Industry, because this position is more in Administrative and Clerical post for ANIMATION SYSTEM

- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Production Department
- Supports managers, employees, and staff through a variety of tasks related to production-
- Able to learn quickly and address concerns effectively
- Determined to get the job done and resourceful through multi-tasking and proactive thinking
- Detail-oriented to catch potential typos and/or grammatical errors to ensure work is accurate and trustworthy
- Able to anticipate needs and complete important tasks without needing to be asked
- Responsible for accurate and time sensitive reporting
