Crewing Manager

Position is responsible for managing client (principal & crew) relationships, as well as developing new business from existing customers, through the delivery of a positive customer experience.
Performs additional higher task as may be directed.
Performs other functions or participates in ad-hoc projects as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification, Skills and Personal Attributes:
- with Master or Chief mate License) 5-7 years of exp. in maritime industry
- Requires advanced knowledge of theories and best practices within a functional area acquired from 6 - 9 years work experience.
- Incumbent is expected to have an experience on crew management.
- Incumbent must have solid background and knowledge on business/industry, with in-depth understanding of its strategies and operations; strong leadership, management and communication skills.
