Job Description

SALES:
- Obtain order and establish new accounts by planning potential sales outlets and other sales factors
- Identifies, develops and implements trade sell in and sell out marketing programs appropriate in the territory
- Attainment of sales target by SKU, per assigned dealer, direct and indirect, in assigned territories
- Efficient and effective implementation of all company sales and marketing programs
- Ensure new product launches to be discussed and available on his assigned direct and indirect dealers
- Thru suggestive selling technique, prepares booking of orders of all the dealers based on his assigned specific schedule of outlet coverage per day using handheld device
- Coordinates with the Accounting Department on matters related to the Credit and Collection of each accredited dealers with approved credit terms and credit limits

ADMIN:
- Follow scheduled daily calls for business development and booking functions
- Daily provides Sales Load Requirements on their booking
- Provides and submits monitoring report with all marketing collateral placements in his territory at a regular basis
- Provides regular reports of sales activities and performance of each and every dealer in the territory assigned to him
- Provides and submits regular reports on feedback and competitor activities in his territory
- Conducts and submits regular barometer reading in his territory

COORDINATION:
- Assists the District Sales Manager coordinating with the Yard Department regarding deliveries of all bookings and other customer services requirements
- Assists the DSM in coordinating with the Accounting Department regarding credit and collection activities
- Acts as liaison for the company, Sales department and dealers assigned to him
Salary:
₱13,000.00 Monthly
