Job Description:
Ensure that the company obeys regulations, complies with laws, follows policies and contractual obligations, meets eligibility requirements for licenses and permits, and more
Help train employees on requirements that must be met and assist with regulatory processes.
Prepare documentary requirements for applications to PEZA like General LOA, Sub-LOA, Importation Ledger, etc
Prepare documentary requirements for applications for Legal and regulatory permits to BOC, DENR-EMB, PNP, PDEA, DOE, etc.
Assist in preparation of necessary applications for possible launch of new warehouse
Liaison to Government Agencies for payment and pick-up of permits
Monitor and follow-up applications to Government agencies until released
Monitor Legal and Regulatory requirements to ensure that all permits are complied and renewed on time
Research and get updates from Government agencies
Attend audits of customer and certifying bodies
Maintain file and records of all permits and licenses
Performs other related work, which may be assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
Education: Office Management, Business Administration, Customs Administration and equivalent
Years of related work experience: 5 years

Salary:
40.000,00 ₱ Monthly
