Join our Premium Telco Program in Clark! We are looking for motivated individuals with excellent communication skills to handle customer billing inquiries and provide world-class support. This is a great opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates who want to start or grow their career in the BPO industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and assist customers with billing inquiries.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
Ensure excellent customer experience through active listening and effective communication.
Meet performance metrics and quality standards.
Qualifications:
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS Graduate, Senior High Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate are welcome to apply.
With or without call center experience (must have excellent communication skills).
Willing to work onsite in Clark on a shifting schedule.
Must be profiled and hired under the Premium Telco Program.
Salary & Benefits:
₱23,500 monthly package (excluding incentives).
20% Night Differential Pay.
Performance incentives (not yet included in package).
HMO coverage starting Day 1.
Rice Allowance.
Paid Leaves.
Holiday Pay and Overtime Pay.
