Safely and efficiently operate various types of machinery, including roll forming machines, coating rollers, and rewinders, to produce colored roofing sheets according to specifications.
Product Quality:
Continuously monitor machine operations and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards, performing tests and inspections to detect flaws or inconsistencies.
Machine Maintenance & Adjustments:
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor adjustments to machinery to maintain optimal performance and productivity.
Material Handling:
Supply the machines with raw materials and parts, ensuring a steady workflow, and manage the handling of scrap material.
Problem-Solving:
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions that occur during the production process, coordinating repairs when necessary.
Record Keeping:
Create and maintain accurate logs and activity reports, including tracking approved and defective units, as well as material usage.
Safety & Compliance:
Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and workplace regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Teamwork & Communication:
Collaborate effectively with other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and high productivity levels.
