Job Description
• Overall in-charge in the preparation of bids.
• Reviews/familiarizes bid documents and prepares queries, if needed.
• Reviews and finalizes in-house DUPA.
• Manages project costs to ensure that the project is completed within the budget.
• Monitors the cost and quantities as per actual versus as per budget.
• Collaborates with Project Monitoring team and Construction Division to come up with a realistic and achievable Project Master Programme (schedule, productivity, resource allocation, material order to delivery, etc.).
• Coordinates with PME II to discuss and review PME II evaluation report.
• Conducts biweekly or monthly project site inspection.
• Ensures proper filing of pertinent documents.
• Submits required reports on time and ensures they are accurate.
• Maintains confidential information by adhering to legal and ethical standards
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
• Adheres to all safety and Company rules and regulations.
• Performs other functions that maybe assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• At least Two (2) years experience as Quantity Engineer
• Knowledgeable in AutoCad, Civil 3d or other relevant engineering software
• Excellent communication skills
• Good critical thinking and analytical skills
• Possesses leadership skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Possesses utmost professionalism and integrity
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
