- College Level, 2nd year college completed/associate degree/Vocational Degree (no back subjects)/Finished 2 years in college
- 3 months BPO experience – blended, voice, local / international, local collections agents, telemarketing agents, email / chat experience
- Basic Credit Card and Debit Card Experience
- Computer Proficiency/Literacy
- Good to Excellent Communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga
- At least 18yo and above
- Amenable to work ASAP and DAYSHIFT
