Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
- Qualify potential customers and identify their needs.
- Close sales deals over the phone or through online meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Lead Management & Customer Engagement
- Follow up on inbound leads and referrals to convert them into sales.
- Provide product information and solutions based on customer requirements.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with external sales teams to maximize sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Track and report on sales performance and conversion rates.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and records.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
- Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or sales (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects over the phone.
- Ability to manage leads, follow-up, and close sales in a timely and efficient manner.
- Proficient in using CRM systems to track leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently to meet sales goals.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
