JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer service agents provide information about goods and services and assist clients with grievances and inquiries.
- Issue resolution: Recognize and resolve client concerns, offer fixes, and, if required, refer complicated issues to a manager or relevant division.
- Order processing: Help clients place or edit orders, handle refunds and exchanges, and process payments.
- Product knowledge: To give clients accurate and thorough information, keep up-to-date expert knowledge of the business's goods and services.
-Customer service: Respond to inquiries and issues from clients by phone, email, live chat, or social media.
