Duties

Host live streaming sessions across various platforms, engaging with viewers through chat and comments.
Conduct data entry tasks related to viewer interactions and sales metrics.
Utilise upselling techniques during live streams to promote products effectively.
Analyse viewer data to understand preferences and improve content delivery.
Maintain professional phone etiquette when responding to viewer inquiries or feedback.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Ensure all technical aspects of the live stream are functioning correctly prior to going live.
Qualifications

Proficient in both English and Spanish; multilingual candidates are highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
Experience in data entry and familiarity with analytics tools is preferred.
Excellent analysis skills to interpret viewer engagement metrics effectively.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is advantageous, particularly in upselling scenarios.
