About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Technicians (MSTs) to provide technical maintenance, support, and operational services. MSTs handle a wide range of technical tasks, including network, IT, and facility systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, while ensuring safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and lighting systems.
-Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including gensets and air-conditioning units.
-Read and interpret MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Structural) plans.
-Maintain service logs, reports, and Daily Accomplishment Reports (DARs).
-Coordinate with clients to ensure minimal downtime and high customer satisfaction.
-Collaborate with the team and provide support across multiple sites.
-Follow safety and compliance standards at all times.
-Participate in continuous learning and skill development programs.
Qualifications:
TESDA NC II/NC III certification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom or related technical field.
Skilled in troubleshooting and performing corrective maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret MEPFS plans (as-built or draft).
Flexible to work varying schedules/shifts and deploy across multiple sites.
Knowledgeable in basic technical tools and maintenance equipment.

Allows the customer the privilege of 24/7 technical onsite support, outright replacement of defective devices with no additional cost involve and Client’s Operators Training. Service SLA is 2- 4 hours within Metro Manila. Costumer under this contract is also entailed for 24/7 Online and Phone support and consultation.
Technical Support and Maintenance Services (TSMS)
Includes periodic Preventive Maintenance Activity, 12 Service Tickets that can be rendered in a 24/7 basis to address costumers technical challenges (option to upgrade to more than 12 Service Ticket). Service SLAis 2-4 hours within MetroManila. Costumer under this contract is also entailed of 24/7 Online and Phone support and consultation.
EMERGENCY SERVICE CALL (ESC)
Allows all customers to avail On-Site Service or Technical Support from CESCorp even without engaging into a Maintenance Contract. Service is measure in an hourly rate and is for schedule with in 24 hours.
Rehabilitation, System Upgrade and Rental Services
CEServices offer System and Infrastructure improvement on costumers that are still using devices that employs older technology or a system that is exhibiting unreliability. CEServices also offers Rental Services for customers that requires such system in a shorter period of time or temporary project installations
EmbeddedEngineer
Another product on the portfolio of CEServices that will allow the costumers to focus their employees/assets to perform the tasks of growing their company, yet confident at the same time that the Security System and/or Building Automation maintenance is taken care of by the right persons or team.
Shared Spare Services (3S Plan)
A subscription-based service that assures costumer an allocation of spare main devices and components ready to be deployed in an SLA of 2 to 4 hours whenever needed on site. This is to eliminate system downtime due to delivery lead-time, specially that these main devices are commonly imported.
