Job Title: Digital Building Engineer

Work Arrangement: Work From Home
Schedule: Night Shift (10 PM, Mondays to Fridays)
Location: Philippines (WFH / Anywhere PH)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Php90,000 to Php105,000

About the Role:
The Digital Building Engineer ensures that clients and partners receive and are supported with the highest quality fault detection and diagnostics products. This role involves collaboratively completing onboarding projects, managing timelines and milestones, and ensuring Clockworks analytics fulfills its role in a timely manner with high quality. The role also includes conducting onboarding activities such as installing Data Collection Services, data discovery and organization, troubleshooting diagnostics for HVAC equipment, validating software-reported results, and training customers and partners on data connectivity and networking issues.

Key Responsibilities:
● Ensure delivery and support of high-quality fault detection and diagnostics products to clients and partners.
● Collaboratively complete onboarding projects and communicate timelines and milestones.
● Conduct onboarding activities such as Data Collection Service installation, data discovery, and organization.
● Troubleshoot diagnostics for automated fault detection on customer HVAC equipment.
● Review findings and validate results reported by the software.
● Train and engage customers and partners on Data Transfer Service, data connectivity, and related networking issues.

Qualifications:
● Self-motivated with the ability to quickly grasp new technologies.
● Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and partners.
● Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field, or 1–2 years of relevant industry experience.
● 1–2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC, controls, or fault detection and diagnostics.

Technical Knowledge:
● Exposure to BAS protocols such as BACnet, OBIX, and Modbus.
● Understanding of BAS networking principles.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience:
● Exposure to automated ongoing commissioning, fault detection and diagnostics, performance measurement, and verification.
● Familiarity with metadata applications such as Project Haystack.
● Proficiency in MS Excel.
