Job Description
BASIC RESPONSIBILITY:
· Responsible for providing assistance to all store merchandising related matters as needed by stores.
· Sales and inventory monitoring.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Prepare Purchase order per store.
· Coordinate the delivery schedule to the Warehouse Department. Ensuring that the delivery schedule will be followed and requested stocks (regular, tester and gwp, barcodes) are delivered.
· Manage and monitor the store inventory
· Store visits. Checking merchandise displays, stocks, testers and other store concerns.
· Coordinate with the Marketing Department regarding visual updates and other marketing collaterals needed.
· Execute price changes in the system.
· Prepare and maintain various sales reports on a monthly basis.
· Creates Masterfile for all new, incoming merchandise.
· Monitor and compile discounts and promotions for all stores, ensure that all promotions are implemented.
· Ensure tag prices are correct and updated.
Minimum Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration Management, Marketing or any business-related course
At least 1-2 years of related work experience
Experience in marketing and merchandising is an advantage
Retail work experience is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Analytical and can perform multitasking
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and can withstand pressure
Candidate willing to work full onsite
