HR Team Asia, Inc. was established in December 1997 by a group of Human Resource professionals and their colleagues from various disciplines who foresaw the growth in the service outsourcing industry. Eager to put their knowledge and expertise to good use, they built a company that can quickly and efficiently solve client companies’ outsourcing needs and at the same time, also offer strategic added value via management consulting, headhunting and training services. ​ More than two decades later, this company continues to flourish. ​ HRTA’s roster of clients today includes foreign and local companies, many of them located in the Export Processing Zones and Techno Parks which are known to have stringent supplier accreditation standards. ​ The strategic added value initially being provided by HR Team Asia, Inc. to its clients resulted in the birth of sister company, HR Management and Business Solutions, Inc. (HRMBSI) which now takes care of providing management consultancy, headhunting, training services and also events organization for and in behalf of HR Team Asia, Inc. (as well as its own list of clients). ​ HR Team Asia, Inc. is a bonafide member of respected HR organizations such as Philippine Association of Legitimate Service Contractors (PALSCON), Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP) and the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP). ​ Today’s current Board of Directors of HRTA include well-known and respected names in the field of Labor Relations, Total Rewards Management and Organizational Justice.
