Content Coordinator (Remote Set Up)
Work Arrangement: Remote
Schedule: Night Shift (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST, with 1-hour unpaid lunch)
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Contractual
Salary: USD 1,100/month
About the Role:
The Content Coordinator plays a key role in managing digital content workflows, maintaining structured content vaults, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure content is organized, accurate, and aligned with trends. This position works closely with the Content Team Leader and the Client Relations team to deliver well-structured, tagged, and high-quality content ready for deployment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Content Management & Tagging
● Upload, organize, and tag digital content in client vaults.
● Maintain vault structure with updated folders, file naming conventions, and notes.
● Support creation of script templates for consistency in client-facing content.
Creative Support & Trend Alignment
● Collaborate with the team to pitch and develop content ideas aligned with trends.
● Provide creative suggestions tailored to client goals and audience engagement.
Quality & Accuracy
● Review content for inconsistencies and flag issues.
● Maintain accurate, error-free databases for coordination with creative and chat teams.
Content Tracking & Workflow Support
● Update content trackers and request forms to ensure efficiency.
● Implement structured systems for vault navigation and documentation.
● Provide regular updates to the team and communicate progress through Discord or other tools.
Qualifications:
● 2+ years of experience in content coordination, digital marketing, or related field.
● Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
● Familiarity with content management systems and tracking tools.
● Excellent organizational, detail orientation, and time management skills.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Traits:
● Proactive, creative thinker with problem-solving ability.
● Comfortable working with structured systems, tagging, and QA.
● Adaptive to content trends and open to new ideas.
● Reliable, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement.
