Machine Technician

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance:
Performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and calibrations on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment.
Troubleshooting & Repair:
Diagnosing the cause of malfunctions, disassembling machinery, replacing or repairing defective parts, and conducting emergency repairs.
Technical Interpretation:
Reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to understand machinery and perform repairs.
Equipment Operation:
Operating machinery, using diagnostic tools, and utilizing various hand and power tools.
Record Keeping:
Documenting all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment issues.
Safety Compliance:
Adhering to all company safety protocols, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
Continuous Improvement:
Participating in activities to improve machine performance and production processes.
