Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, loans, credit cards, and other financial products.

Provide accurate information and guidance on banking procedures, online services, and company policies.

Assist customers with account maintenance, payment processing, fund transfers, and dispute resolution.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions or services.

Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and financial regulations (KYC, AML, etc.).

Record and document all customer interactions in the system accurately.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow up for resolution.

Promote and cross-sell financial products and services to meet sales targets.

Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality in all customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred but not always required).

Previous customer service experience, preferably in banking, financial services, or BPO.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of financial products, digital banking tools, and regulatory requirements is an advantage.

Ability to handle high-volume transactions and multitask effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Work Conditions:

Office-based, hybrid, or remote setup depending on company policy.

May require shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
