Senior Software Engineer
Work Arrangement: Work From Home
Schedule: PH Morning Shift 6:00 AM, PH Mid Shift 5:00 PM, or PH Night Shift 10:00 PM — Mondays to Fridays for Mid/Night Shift; Tuesdays to Saturdays for Morning Shift

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to become an integral part of our team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining new and existing applications and services, while leveraging your deep full-stack expertise to guide software design and architecture decisions.
You will work closely with the engineering team in an agile framework, applying CI/CD best practices. Your daily work will involve our web stack (TypeScript, Node.js, Vue.js, SQL) and service stacks (Node.js, Go, SQL, NoSQL). Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with the engineering team to design, build, and maintain APIs, UIs, services, and systems
● Work with management and product support to analyze customer needs and develop software solutions
● Recommend software upgrades to optimize operational efficiency
● Document programming tasks and procedures
● Perform routine software maintenance
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field and 7+ years of technical experience
● 5+ years in Node.js, Vue.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Go
● 5+ years with relational databases (MySQL, MariaDB)
● 2+ years with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch)
● Knowledge of Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes
● Familiarity with bash scripting and DevOps practices
● Familiarity with Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS
● Experience with software development lifecycles
● Deadline-driven with strong attention to detail
● Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
● Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
Soft Skills:
● Strong communication skills, particularly in English
● Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
● Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to fast-paced environments
