Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Proven experience in sales or key account management, preferably in the food manufacturing, FMCG, or agribusiness industries.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse customer relationships effectively.

Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to forecast sales, track key metrics, and develop business plans.

Experience in sales of consumer products preferred.

Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas

Excellent leadership skills

Experience setting sales goals

Proficiency in MS Office and data management tools.
