Job Description
Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with inquiries, take orders accurately, and provide a positive experience.
Food Preparation: Cook and prepare menu items according to company standards, which for Sunny & Scramble, includes egg-based dishes.
Cash Handling: Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Inventory Management: Receive and stock incoming products, and monitor inventory levels.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: At least a 2nd-year college graduate or equivalent educational experience.
Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are required.
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and basic math skills are necessary for order processing and inventory.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including Sundays and holidays.
Experience: Service crew or cooking experience is an advantage but not always a strict requirement.
