Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and efficiency, escalating when necessary for quick resolution.
• Accurately update and maintain customer records and order details in the system.
• Stay up to date on company policies, services, and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
• At least High school graduates or equivalent (college undergraduates welcome).
• With 1 year BPO experience
• Able to work on-site (Las Piñas) and attend on-site interviews.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
