Job Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound calls and assist clients with transfer agency services such as shareholder transactions, account updates, and fund transfers.
-Provide high-quality customer service in alignment with financial compliance and operational standards.
-Coordinate with internal departments including financial advisors, portfolio managers, and estate planning teams to address client inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
-Support team leads and managers by identifying common client concerns and recommending solutions to enhance service efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
-Senior High School graduate or Higher
-With At least 6 Months BPO Experience
-Strong English communication skills
-Willing to work onsite and in a fast-paced setup

What We Offer:
-Basic Salary: ₱21,500 – ₱24,000 (based on Experience) + ₱20,000 Sign on Bonus
-Complexity Allowance: ₱2,500
-Rice Allowance: ₱2,000
