Project Manager (Part-Time, with FT Potential)

Schedule: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST (5 hours/day to start). Transition to full-time in 1–2 months based on performance.

Compensation:
Base Pay: PHP 20,000
Premium Pay: PHP 10,000
Total: PHP 30,000/month

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee multiple projects, contractors, and deliverables. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, ensuring timelines, communication, and workflows are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee multiple projects and contractors simultaneously
Maintain clear communication and coordination between stakeholders
Organize schedules, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
Proactively identify issues and drive solutions to keep projects on track
Streamline workflows and ensure smooth execution of operations

Qualifications:
Proven experience in project management with multiple concurrent projects
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and oversee contractors effectively
Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written)
Familiarity with Apple software (Calendar, Mail, Notes, etc.) preferred
