Job Description
Essential Functions / Core Responsibilities:
Provide Customer Support via Multiple Channels
-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related questions through voice, chat, and email.
Assist with Order Processing and Tracking
-Support customers with placing, updating, or canceling orders, and provide updates on delivery or return status.
Upsell and Cross-Sell Products
-Recommend additional or alternative products based on customer needs, improving both service and sales performance.
Resolve Issues Efficiently and Accurately
-Investigate and resolve concerns regarding billing, product availability, returns, or account discrepancies with professionalism.
Maintain Accurate Records and Documentation
-Properly log customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups using internal tools or CRM systems.
Candidate Profile:
· High School Graduate (Old Curriculum or Higher with less than one year of experience preferred
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverable
· Detail-oriented
