Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage KPI systems to measure performance
- Oversee and develop HR staff
- Monitor and report on organizational development plans
- Control departmental budgets
- Liaise with managers to align HR and business objectives
- Approve reports and operational procedures
- Formulate policies, benefits, and employee programs
- Implement performance appraisal and employee movement systems
- Interpret management policies and facilitate communication with employees
- Prepare company handbooks and manuals
- Resolve industrial relations issues
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Drive training and career development programs
- Conduct salary benchmarking and payroll preparation when necessary
Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Proven experience in HR leadership or Organizational Development
✔ Strong understanding of labor laws, employee relations, and talent management
✔ Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
✔ Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
✔ Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
Qualifications:
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Behavioral Sciences (required)
✔ Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR leadership or organizational development within a manufacturing setting
✔ Strong knowledge of:
• Wages & labor laws
• Industrial relations
• Job evaluation, compensation planning
• Manpower planning & development
✔ Skilled in personnel management tools and techniques
