Occupational Nurse / Company Nurse

AMCA Finefoods is a food manufacturing company created to produce high quality finished goods for their clients. They are the main producers of cakes, gelato, and other food products to Caramia and Amici.
The Company Nurse at AMCA Finefoods, Inc. plays a vital role in ensuring employee health, safety, and wellness by providing medical care, conducting health assessments, maintaining records, and supporting workplace health programs. This position is essential in fostering a safe and supportive work environment where people’s well-being is valued as much as product quality.

Responsibilities:

*Provide immediate medical care and administer first aid to employees as needed
*Conduct routine health assessments and monitor employee well-being
*Support and implement workplace wellness and health programs
*Maintain accurate and confidential employee medical records
*Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
*Promote health awareness and wellness initiatives among staff

Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
*Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
*Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
*Experience in health assessments, first aid, and workplace health management is an advantage
