The Role: Customer Relations (CSR VOICE)
Customer Relations Specialist role is to communicate to eye care practices via fax or phone should a discrepancy occur to verify the validity of a prescription (Mid-Level agents only by phone).

All Customer Relations agents will also fulfill Back Office Verification duties.
Responsibilities:
Follow verification policies and procedures to ensure accurate verification is performed in a timely manner.
Adhere to KPI’s to a satisfactory performance level.
SLA’s to be included by Fair Trade Outsourcing as an Addendum after 90 days of service.
Comply with HIPAA rules and regulations and FTC Contact Lens Rule.
All agents will participate in the annual HIPAA Compliance Training facilitated by WVA.
Assist in tasks related to prescription operations requested by either the direct team leader or any person in management.
Aid in the efforts of maintaining a lean work environment.
Work as a team with all functional work areas.
Knowledge, skills & abilities required:
Proven people skills
Must know how to multitask and manage time effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding problem-solving and organizational abilities.
