Job Description

- Supervise daily finance operations and team management.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts to guide decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance.
- Provide training and support to finance staff.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Business Admin, or related field
- 3–5 yrs experience in finance/accounting
- Skilled in risk assessment, analytics, and business management
- BIR & tax compliance knowledge (advantage)
- Paralegal experience (plus)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, communicative, and a team player
