Job Summary:
The Front Office Staff serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming and professional reception area.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, visitor logs, and correspondence
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and documents
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports
Coordinate with other departments for smooth day-to-day operations
Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (or relevant experience in customer service/reception)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office applications
Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
Experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles is an advantage
