Job Description
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle all calls with courtesy and professionalism
• Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Take inbound calls for customers to handle orders, queries
• Retention and winning back of dissatisfied customers
• Develop solutions to solve the customer needs specially with their orders and other requests
• Cross selling and Upselling
• Updating all CRM systems and internal trackers
• Research required information using available resources: Client Product Websites and Knowledge Based-Books including speakers/magazines, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least a high school graduate
• At least 6 months of relevant experience (experience with voice international accounts would be preferred)
• Must possess excellent English communication skills (In both spoken and written communication, with ability for free flow speech)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer issues efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work in varying shifts (including nights and weekends) based on business needs.
