Job Description
Work setup: Hybrid Work Set-Up (only 3x onsite per week) in Cebu City
Schedule: Graveyard shift/Shifting schedule
Role Requirements:
● Completed at least the 3rd year in college under management accounting, accounting technology, bookkeeping, or other accounting courses
● Must have at least 6 months of experience in phone-based (voice) customer service support (BPO, VA, etc.)
● Proficient in English, both spoken and written
● Familiar with general accounting fundamentals and accounting software (i.e., SaaS)
● Must have a stable internet connection at home
● Available to start immediately
