Job Description
Work Address: NAIA, Pasay City, Philippines & Clark

Work Set-up: On - site
Work Schedule: Day shift (8:00 AM to 5PM)
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Directing the Finance & Accounting function to ensure accurate and timely closing of
books and financial reporting for internal and external purposes.
• Ensuring appropriate system of controls are in place over financial reporting and in
safeguarding company assets.
• Helping drives process improvements to ensure efficient and productive flow of
accounting information from initiation (operations) to recording, reporting, payment and
collection.
• Oversees month and year-end closing.
• Performs validation of selected accounts prior to month and year-end closing.
• Calculates corporate income tax due based on available information.
• Calculates management fees.
• Participates in budget planning when requested.
• Develop, implement and monitor all key lean and other systems, operational projects
and procedures ensuring compliance with customer requirements while supporting cost,
schedule and budget requirements
• Liaises with external auditor regarding fiscal and year-end audit.
• Together with the Accounting Supervisor, recruit, train, supervise and evaluate
department staff.
• Directing & managing inter- / intra-company transactions and reconciliation.
• Monitors cash advances and client bonus.
• Establishing short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies and
operational procedures.
• Oversee daily operations of the Finance department and maintain operation thereof
within pre-approved budgets.
• Provide accounting policy orientation for new staff.
• Overseeing and reviewing the asset registers periodically.
• Maintain a good level of safety awareness within the Finance department.
REPORTS AND RECORDS
This position has access to all business records and reports of the Unit but not limited to the
following:
• General Ledger Management
• Expenditure Analysis and Reporting
• Financial Reporting Fixed Asset Management
• Tax Compliance
• Treasury, Billing, Collection & Accounts Receivable
• Inventory and Accounting Control
• Other Accountabilities deemed necessary under Accounts Payable
QUALIFICATIONS:
• CPA
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a non-corporate industry (e.g., Manufacturing,
Supply Chain, Facilities, etc.)
• With experience in General Accounting, Tax Compliance, AR/AP, Treasury, Billing,
Inventory and Accounting control
• The Finance Manager must have excellent oral and written communication skills to explain
complex financial data and should be a creative thinker and problem-solver, applying
analytical skills to the organization.
• Writes and distributes complex and technical computation and proposal subject to
management approval; receives and analyzes financial data, proposals and review of
contract.
• Advanced mathematical and accounting skills
• Advanced English communication skills
• Advance computer skills and Excel skills
• Advanced presentation skills
• Willing to travel in NAIA & Clark Airport when required (Travel expenses, vehicle,
shouldered by company)
• Must have a driver’s license
• Proficient in ERP systems like MS NAV, SAP
