Job Description
POSITION TITLE: HR Manager
WORK LOCATION: Makati City
WORK SETUP: Onsite, Day Shift
SALARY: PHP 100,000 - 110,000

QUALIFICATIONS:
– Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Relations, or related field.
– 10+ years of HR management experience, including 5-8 years of progressive experience in HR operations, policy development, and organizational governance
– Proven success in managing comprehensive HR functions: recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.
– Experience in creating and implementing HR policies aligned with organizational and legal standards.
– Proficiency with HRIS systems and leveraging HR analytics for strategic insights.
– In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment standards, and governance frameworks.
– Strong organizational skills to optimize HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder engagement.
– Leadership skills to guide HR teams and promote a culture of compliance, transparency, and continuous improvement.

OVERVIEW:
As an HR Manager with a strong focus on Business Partnership, you will play a key role in aligning human resources strategies with business goals of the company. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing guidance on HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, organizational culture, and overall business performance. Your role will encompass talent management, policy development, and fostering a high-performance work environment that supports business objectives.

This role requires a proactive and dynamic HR professional who can bridge the gap between HR strategy and business needs, ensuring that people initiatives drive sustainable organizational growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic HR Partnership & Leadership
– Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on workforce planning, employee relations, and HR best practices.
– Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and cultural alignment.
– Support organizational change management, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and employee well-being.

Talent Management & Development
– Lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts to attract top talent aligned with company values and strategic needs.
– Oversee onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and career development programs.
– Promote a culture of continuous learning and leadership development.

Employee Relations & Engagement
– Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment through proactive engagement initiatives.
– Address employee concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
– Design and implement DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives that reinforce our core values.

Compensation, Benefits, & Compliance
– Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
– Ensure all HR practices and policies are compliant with Philippine labor laws and industry standards.
– Develop and regularly review HR policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure integrity and compliance.

HR Operations & Administration
– Manage core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and performance management systems.
– Oversee HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy, security, and efficiency.
– Coordinate HR-related training, leadership development, and employee wellness programs.

Organizational Governance & Risk Management
– Lead internal audits related to HR and employment practices.
– Prepare reports for regulatory agencies and support audits with accurate documentation.
– Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to mitigate HR-related risks.
