Job Description
This role will be a pivotal leader responsible for optimizing staffing strategies, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving profitability within our technical help desk operations. This role demands a proactive individual who can identify client needs, develop effective staffing solutions, and lead a team of analysts to achieve high levels of productivity and service quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of contact center dynamics in a BPO environment.

Qualifications:
• Graduate in Business Management course
• Preferable with 2 yrs experience as Workforce Supervisor or Manager
• Experience to handle a team
• Proficient in Office Management Tools (Excel, Word)
• Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Business Acumen competency
