Job Description
What you'll be doing
Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information and guidance on financial products and services
Assist customers with account management, transaction processing, and problem resolution
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure all necessary documentation is completed
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share best practices and improve call centre operations
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to deliver a consistently high level of customer service
What we're looking for
1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the financial services industry or College Grad + Starter/Adapter; HS Grad + 1 year and up BPO experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and efficient service
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with computer systems and databases
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities
Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
